Mama Catz Crafts was founded in January of 2018 by myself. My main focus in the beginning was to create custom hoods and offer liner swaps on existing hoods from other companies. Over time, that focus has shifted and evolved to include other items, all of which revolve around the use of faux fur fabrics and other soft, eye catching textiles.

All materials used by Mama Catz Crafts are of either natural, plant based fabrics (ei, linen or cotton), or of a man made nature. No animal products have ever been used to create the fluffy items for sale in this shop. All faux fur is thoroughly brushed with a wide toothed comb and wiped down with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or lose fibers that may be present from the fabric manufacturers and/or distributors. All other materials, such as those used in liners for hoods, are washed before use to remove any excess dyes and to preshrink the fabrics so no warping occurs after additional washings.

I take great pride in my work and I meticulously craft each piece with a high level of attention to detail. I am constantly working to improve upon my skills, and regularly share my knowledge of techniques to help others better themselves as well. I am a hard working single parent, fulfilling the duties of mommy by day, and crafter by night! The nights are long, and the coffee is strong, but I do what I love and I love what I do. I hope you enjoy my creative journey as it continues to grow! I wouldn't be here without your support and for that, I am forever grateful. :)

Stand Over Height:galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages.
